The house was a great size. Nice beds and duvets. The kitchen was well equipped, albeit we never ended up using the cooking facilities. Wifi worked. Shower and bathroom great. We were met by the husband of the owner. He was very friendly and helpful. The owner had been helpful over messages in the run up. Everywhere was clean. Lovely practical touches throughout the place such as shampoos, umbrella, shopping bag, a very helpful guide to the area, visitor leaflets (we had pizza from the local restaurant which was tasty), etc. It was nice having the bifold doors to the outdoor area albeit we didn't get to take advantage too much between the heat and the biting midgies.
Very squeaky floorboards so moving around at night was difficult as you could hear from room to room. The house was very hot and whilst there were two small fans for the bedrooms it was not enough for the heat. There were also biting midgies so having the windows open was not an option. One night there was a lot of noise on the street. Clearly not in the control of the owners but it suggested is was a student area. The booking page showed that there was a washing machine listed. This was not there which made things difficult. Location was about 25 mins walk to the station. The bus didn't operate on a Sunday.

A very stylish renovated property that we enjoyed staying in.
There was nothing of substance to not enjoy. This is a very good property. Laundry facilities offered in the listing not available.

Hele leuke woning! Groot met twee etages, twee slaapkamers en aparte kinderkamer.
Grote badkamer. Lekkere bedden en goede douche! Lekker rustig ‘‘s nachts.
Op loopafstand van het centrum!
Top accommodatie!
Geen airconditioning…. Het was echt heel warm weer en het huis was voor ons te heet !
Stonden wel ventilatoren op de slaapkamers

The house is beautifully decorated, cozy and warm, and had many amenities that were convenient for us. Sabine is very kind and helpful, she even has a baby chair and cot in a play room. Washer and dryer was available too.
The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors of the house so carrying luggage upstairs is challenging
