Flexibility - you could use the pool when you arrived and on the day of departure
The outdoor bar
Rooms were too cold and you couldn't alter the settings - reception had to do it.
The food selection - not much fish. Menu was very heavy and meaty for August. At breakfasts some normal things were missing like english breakfast tea and fresh orane juic. They had every other kind of juice.
The massage was pretty average.
Some of the other guests - quite a few influencer types, posing and taking photos of themselves all the time.

An absolute gem in Tuscany! Villa Petriolo offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and peaceful nature. The views are stunning, the food and wine are exceptional, and the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Every detail is carefully thought out. Highly recommended!

The villa was very impressive. It was immaculate, two amazing infinity pools and an incredible spa. The food they serve is all made on their local farm.
We had to move rooms because the AC wasn’t working, and in the new room we moved to, that one wasn’t working either, we didn’t sleep well either night unfortunately. Whilst the property looks modern, it’s an old building and this shows when it comes to the electricity issues and AC.
