Das Haus ist für große Gruppen durchaus geeignet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber überwiegend ausreichend ausgestattet.
Der Preis ist allerdings deutlich überzogen – aus folgenden Gründen:
Der erste Eindruck ist erschreckend, wenn man ins Haus kommt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Aufenthaltsräume, einer mit Tischtennisplatte, der andere mit 70er Jahr Möbeln in Eiche rustikal. Beides nicht ansprechend. Das Erdgeschoss stinkt nach Rattenkot. Der Gestank setzt sich im Wohnbereich im 1. OG fort. Man konnte dort nicht ohne offene Fenster sitzen. Die Türen der Schränke sind nicht gängig und z.T. ohne Griffe. Im Ganzen ist das Haus nicht fachmännisch renoviert. Es gibt Spalten im Laminat, die Abschlüsse sind nicht ordentlich gemacht. Im oberen Flur fehlt die Lampenkuppel. Im Esszimmer hängt ein Kabel aus der Wand. In der Küche fliegt beim Kochen die Sicherung raus. Die elektrischen Geräte und Lampen sind über Mehrfachsteckdosen angeschlossen, was eklektisch nicht akzeptabel ist. In der Küche gibt es eine nicht ausreichend markierte Stufe, die eine Stolperfalle darstellt. Im Schlafzimmer im 1. OG gibt es zwar ein Waschbecken, allerdings nur mit kaltem Wasser. Das Bad im 1. OG hat am Waschbecken ebenfalls nur kaltes Wasser. Im 2. OG gibt es ein schönes Giebelzimmer, allerdings mit 70er Jahre Winzel-Bad.
Die Betten sind durchgelegen und würden sich über neue Matratzen freuen.
Die Terrassendielen sind z.T. lose und bergen Unfallgefahr. Die Schrauben stehen z.T gefährlich vor. Die Gartenschuppen sind eher baufällig. Die Grills so unappetitlich, dass sie nicht zu benutzen waren.
Der Vorgarten ist ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Im Außenbereich vom Carport hoch zum Garten liegt Gerümpel herum.
Das Haus war nicht wirklich sauber. Auf den Betten lag Staub, es gab Flecken und Krümel auf dem Boden und Sofa im WZ.
Alles in Allem: sehr enttäuschend. Für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
