About this villa rental
This recently renovated villa of 170 m2 is located in the heart of the prestigious Domaine de la Nartelle overlooking the famous beach of Sainte Maxime.

You will reside in a haven of peace in the heart of a 1700 m2 park made up of magnificent umbrella pines opening the view of the sea.
The centre and the port of Sainte Maxime are located just 3.8 km away where you can do your shopping.
When entering this villa, you will be amazed by the brightness and the view from the large living room kitchen (60 m2) which projects with its large bay windows onto the huge ipe terrace overlooking the beautiful pine forest with the sea view in extension.
This terrace will be your place to live in the summer and its double east-west orientation will allow you to take full advantage of the sun or the shade according to your wishes.
Of course, it will be decorated with garden furniture, Fermob table chairs, 4-burner Weber barbecue.
On the east side of the terrace, a 4*9 swimming pool equipped with 8 deckchairs will allow you to cool off unless you prefer to walk down to the beach by a private access in 7 minutes.
The villa also has a superb bowling alley for wild games as well as a ping pong table.
Particular attention has been paid to the lighting of the garden, and you will appreciate the beautiful umbrella pines including the one surrounded by the terrace during your dinner.
