Beautiful Country Oasis Haus close to all the fun and has everything to make your stay in Fredericksburg the very best! Plenty of room for the entire group! Amazing outdoor space includes pool with waterfall, giant 7 person hot tub, fire pit area, huge deck with picnic tables, game area and giant oak trees. Inside has a beautifully decorated rustic theme with a big kitchen, master bed-bathroom suite, cozy fireplace, TVs in all bedrooms, luxury linens and soft beds. Pet friendly! Just added, 7 brand new cruiser bikes included with the house! Sleeps 10.

We enjoyed the stay but there were ants on hot tub deck and pool side. Patio had a lot of debris that could have been blow off and could not find extra paper goods. House was very nice minus those few things. Thanks again

Cozy home, had all the necessities and was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Backyard was so cute! Plenty of room for family of 8 & 2 small kids to roam and play. Hot tub was awesome! Literally 5 minutes from Main Street by car but also had bikes for use. Geneva was a great host. Would most definitely recommend this home to others and would book again! Thank you soo much!

So Much Potential….Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house, but there were a few things that could have been better, and if some time and effort were put into the place, it would really shine as an outstanding property for large groups.The Good:- Nice treat from local bakery waiting for us upon arrival- Good bedroom layouts for our group of - Separate apartment area with beds and one bathroom- Nice size outdoor deck- Convenient location to downtown- Good price point- Bicycles available for riding into townCould Have Been Better:- the kitchen didn’t seem to have enough plates and utensils for our group- overall cluttered and dirty feeling of the outdoor spaces (junk laying around and an unkempt yard with rusted metal art all around) - the pool was much smaller than expected based on the photos. We were all hoping to lounge in the pool but it was only big enough for maybe two people on floats- the interior pool surface was dirty and it was obvious it hadn’t been brushed or really maintained. This deterred us from using it- the separate carriage garage was falling down and literally had a “Do Not Enter Hazardous Area” sign on the wall. - AC units in apartment space were very loudSuggestions to Make This Place Shine:- put money into the backyard (string lights that work, new metal art, grass or turf yard so it’s more usable)- add a bathroom in the laundry area- update the kitchen for a fresh lookPool was disappointing, overall house was fine.
