Didn’t have breakfast
Room was clean and comfortable but the main hotel and outside area in need of updating refurbishment .

The staff were AMAZING! Always on hand and willing to help, with a friendly smile.
The location of the hotel is probably the best in Exmouth and the car parking is very easy.
Room was comfortable and great too, with everything we needed. Thank you to the staff at Exmouth Beach Hotel 😊

Close to seafront. Parking on site. Able to check in before 3pm. Shower good with plenty of hot water. Ok for a 1 night stay.
Room and bathroom smelled damp. Supposedly sound proofed but next doors TV loud until 1am . Room fan was dirty.
