There is an extra refrigerator in the hall for extra food storage. There is a large dining area that seats 12-16 people and a second dining area that seats 8 people. Sesting on the main floor consists of a large living room and a smaller sitting room. The main floor has two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a King-sized bed that also has its own private bathroom. There is also a half bath. Outside the main living spaces is a lovely screened-in porch for hanging outside in any weather. The porch opens up to a beautiful entertaining area with a private, heated pool and an outdoor fireplace. The second level has a television viewing seating area as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is a family room with a King bed and two twin beds. The second bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed. The bedrooms share a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The lower level has a game room with a pool table and four arcade machines. There is also a seating area with a television as well as a fantastic theater room with a screen, projector, and state of the art sound system. There is a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator and microwave. This level has two bedrooms. One bedroom is a bunk room that has two bunk beds consisting of four full size mattresses. The second bedroom has a King-sized bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level and a laundry room with washer and dryer. This home will accommodate 18 people (16 maximum for all adult parties) Pool will be open (weather dependent) from March 18th through October 24th. Hot tub will be open year round.
