About this house rental

Located in Penn Yan, this attractive house for $485 per night is a great option for your next trip. We are thrilled to offer our home on beautiful Keuka Lake! The main floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen Including all brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig for your morning coffee and plenty of space to prepare meals. The main bedroom has a cozy costal decor with two large closets, a dresser and a queen bed to relax and unwind. Down the hall is a full bathroom with shower and vanity with space to keep all or your essentials during your stay. The living space on the main floor has a tv room and living/room and dining room combo with spectacular views of the lake. You can enjoy a glass of wine or meals on one of the two decks. The upstairs floor can be your own private oasis with a separate bedroom (full-sized bed), tv nook with futon and a half bath all with brand new white cottage decor with nautical touches. The cottage has a bonus bedroom on the bottom floor with two twin beds and has walkout access to the lake. It also includes full sized laundry (washer and dryer) for your convenience. The best thing about the cottage are the spectacular views of the lake. No matter where you are, lounging with a glass of wine on one of decks, relaxing in the living room after a long day on the water or standing by the water’s edge you can’t get enough of beautiful Keuka Lake. The possibilities are endless with 40 feet of lake frontage with plenty of space hang on the beach, take a dip in the lake, take the paddle board or kayak out for a spin, fish from the dock or relax by the fire pit and make s’mores. The cottage also includes a large yard across the street where kids can play games or ride a bike or scooter on the side street away from the main road. Adults join in the fun or just sit back and relax in the gazebo. Great location with just a 5min drive to town for groceries, shopping, restaurants, breweries and wineries. Seneca Farms is just a quick walk down the street for dinner or ice cream!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the lake! We loved the location, being able to walk to Seneca Farms for ice cream. Minutes from restaurants and grocery store. Kids had fun with the kayak, paddle board and having fires at night. We hope to be back!

Overall it was a great property. It wasn't as cleans I would expect, but this could have been due to a new cleaning service. The kitchen and shower were great. The common areas and decks were also nice. I stayed with my husband and two adult children, who are all tall. One stayed in the upstairs bedroom and one stayed in the basement bedroom. Both had to constantly be careful not to bang their heads in their bedroom & bathrooms. Couples or families with children or preteens would be better suited to this property.

We had a great time at the house on Kueka Lake. The house is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with what is needed. Special attention to the quality of the pots and pans was really a nice surprise! The double decks were great. The water sports its were in fabulous condition. Again, the quality is great! Lisa was available for questions and was quick with responses back. No issues at all with the house or property. Highly recommend the house!!

Overall, this was a great trip. Loved the location on the lake and the access to the water. All of the water toys kept the whole family busy. House was clean and check in was flawless. Only minor issue was due to the basement not being finished and the kids were a little "scared" to be down there in the bedroom with two twins. The futon upstairs saved the day to let our daughter sleep there. Looking forward to potentially coming back next summer!

We stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect. It was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It was minutes from the grocery store and fun things to do, but you didn't at all feel like you were in a busy area. The steps down to the lake were well maintained and very manageable. The waterfront was clean and lovely for the kids to play and swim. There is also a small fridge down at the water to keep snacks and drinks - a HUGE plus for a family so you aren't needing to bring stuff up and down the stairs all the time. The hosts were very responsive and kind. This is by far one of the favorite houses that we have rented and I hope that we have the chance to return. Thanks for a great week!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our party of four adults and two children were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve nice meals. We did have to give the grill a major clean out before we could use it though. It was a very nice surprise to see how well stocked the house was with toiletries, paper towels, towels, plus much much more. The lake area was great and the provided stand up paddle board was a hit with my kids. The owner was great to communicate with; quick to answer and always provided and answer plus more info.

Amazing house with amazing views of the lake! Absolutely well maintained and clean house with every amenity you would need and could think of. My family felt like we were spoiled as soon as we walked into the bright and cheery house. Location and parking is so convenient and Lisa is a pleasure to work with with her fast communication and clear instructions. Would absolutely stay again and can't wait to book our vacation again next year!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The owners, Lisa and Dave, are consummate, responsive hosts who have outfitted their place with everything one could want for a relaxing Keuka Lake vacation. The house is clean and nicely furnished, with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay, along with easy access to the lake. Highly recommend!

Well kept property in great location on Lake Keuka. Awesome water activities and equipment in the shed. Solid range for cooking and functional overall space. It was nice to have a boat (wouldn’t recommend more than 3-4 days with the boat rented at Wast Bluff Harbor), not critical but definitely helps enjoy the lake. No complaints, other than the dock needing some TLC. Thanks Lisa and Dave for the stay!

Great Place for a Family

Great place for a family! The view is priceless and can be appreciated indoors as well. The use of the dock was also nice as we had rented a pontoon for the week and although we brought our own inner tubes they had some available for us to use as well. The house is conveniently located close to town about a 6 minute drive. The house was meticulously clean and inviting. The ceilings upstairs and downstairs were a little low but expected given the style of the house. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit and appreciated the ingredients provided to make s’mores. Everything was very well thought out and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again!

Super cute and clean cottage right by the waters edge. Amazing location. We loved the short walk to Seneca Farms for ice cream, nightly! The cottage has been meticulously maintained and outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Already looking forward to going to back next summer!
