Kiriakos is a great owner. He came to the harbour to pick us up with his car. He gave us a lot of informations about the Island.
We have got a delicious cake for our first breakfast and a warm welcome.
The location is pefect , very close to a great beach and nice restaurants and bars.
Just 10 minutes to walk to the harbour.
We really recommend this place.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Ο κύριος Κυριάκος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πάντα ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Μας έκανε early check-in, μας έφερε την πρώτη μέρα μπουγάτσα για πρωινό και μας βοήθησε να νοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας πραγματικά ξέγνοιαστη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και με εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Η τοποθεσία ήταν επίσης πολύ βολική, σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια από την παραλία. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία του και σίγουρα θα τον προτιμούσαμε ξανά!
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι ουσιαστικό. Ίσως μόνο η έλλειψη κουρτίνας στο ντους, ώστε να μην βγαίνουν νερά στο μπάνιο.

Our host Keriakos was amazing. he picked us up and dropped us off at the port. he constantly checked to see how things were and he kindly dropped off a morning sweet or savoury pastries. The room was spotlessly clean and staff would come daily to clean. sheets towels were replaced every second day. Basic kitchen was very useful with a hotplate and coffee pot for greek coffee. Room was 100m from beach, close to port and restuarants and such a relaxing place to visit.
Wifi would sometimes stop. Apart from that enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic welcome with spontaneous offer to being met at port. Kris is a gentlemen, super helpful with advice and suggestions.
Apartment very clean with great air-conditioning and everything needed for my time in serifos. Reliable fast WiFi, plenty if hot water in a new bathroom.
All good with me but less mobile visitors might note that first part of 15 minutes walk back from town is a steep 100m pull uphill, which then levels out. Nothing a reasonably fit person of any age can't manage.
