We had a wonderful stay at SM Pacinotti, located at 32 Via Santa Maria—just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower and close to the railway stations. The location is simply unbeatable for exploring the city.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of an old building that is clean, very well-maintained, and full of character ("soul"). One of the absolute highlights is the private backyard behind the building, complete with a palm tree, various plants, and nice garden furniture where you can sit back and relax in total peace.
The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a huge wardrobe, a dining room with a sofa that unfolds into a bed for two, a fully functional kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and sink. Additional amenities like two TVs and a very good internet connection made our stay even more comfortable.
Our host was exceptionally kind, communicative, and provided extremely clear instructions. Everything was smooth from start to finish.
We loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

This apartment does not have any air conditioning. Only fans. The location is good and the bed is comfortable. Could be cleaner, especially the shower which has rust and black mold.
