We are Seashell Cottages! We are located in the Heart of Old Orchard Beach just a few blocks off the main street that leads you to All that is OOB! On the property you will find amenities to suit your needs for a fun and relaxing vacation. We have gas grills and plenty of tables, chairs and sitting areas on the property as well. All units have a screened porch with chairs to relax on. We have an above ground pool, and gazebos to eat family dinners in! We also have a firepit if you want to build a fire and cook marshmallows! The walk to the pier and beach is about 3-5 minutes. That is where you will find all the action, late night bars, shops, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream, fried dough, arcade and rides! Everything to have a great stay without having to drive to get to anything. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station if you wanted to venture to Boston! We are located close to the turnpike if you want to take day trips to Portland, Kittery Outlets, LL Bean, and much more! Reminder- No pets, no smoking. 5 Minute walk to the beach. Beach towels not provided. This property is known as JK Rentals. It has 3 units that are attached to one another consisting of 3 two bedroom /1 bath units each sleeping 6 people. We are located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, Pier, Amusement Park, shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and walk to everything! The property has a shared green space in the back with a share gas grill as well as covered sitting areas along 2 of the 3 units as well as a front-street facing patio with table and chairs perfect for people watching! Each unit has 1 parking spot included in your reservation. If you are in need of additional parking spots, we can accommodate you for a nominal fee at our Seashell Cottages property if we have the space. Please ask! We have a beautiful opportunity for multiple friend and family groups to come vacation together yet have your own separate space for relaxation.
