The room was very well appointed in the Ottoman style.
Very noisy ferries and people upstairs walking to and fro continuously loudly in the wooden floor/our ceiling right into the early morning hours??? Lack of sleep. Such a shame as the bed was so comfortable. The key lock door would not close.

Location very convenient to restaurants and other location.
There are no parking and many stairs to get to just the front door than again to the rooms. Haid to navigate with luggagea.

It’s a special place converted to apartments for short term rentals with view to the port of Kavala. It revives memories of the past years of the Ottoman Empire.

The wifi was great, as was the location. It was easy to find and quiet. Communication with the host was faultess. I was grateful for the kettle, and the bottled water in the fridge.
Perhaps it was just my room, but the photos make it look much higher quality than it is. The furnishings have seen better days, and the mattress sagged in the middle. There was also a hair in my bed. This is just my taste, I suppose, but I found the purple messy paintwork in the bathroom and shower bizarre and off-putting!
