I liked that property was easy to find, stands out from it’s surroundings. Served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I like that the room was clean and shower worked. Great outlets and lighting. Didn’t use the tv but I liked that the hotel was in the main city area and not too far from the port or monuments and things to do.
A quick story. I waited in line behind a guest who was already being helped. And there was two guest sitting down. I was under the impression that they were leaving. So when the guest was done at the counter I stepped up, was greeted and I spoke back was asked how I could be helped, to which I said I have reservation and then was told “oh please step to the side and have a seat I’m helping them, I’ll call you up after” So those guest were helped quickly. Then a delivery man was buzzed in and helped. Then the oncoming and off going staff had a chat. It wasn’t until I started staring menacingly at the staff was I finally called up to be helped to which I was offered no apology for being forgotten about and no additional hospitality like thank you for choosing us or thanks for your patience.

Good location, good breakfast served for 3 whole hours, most of the ladies working are quite nice and pleasant. Secure because there is a desk attendant 24 hours. The price was fair considering everything.
Not quite as nice as the photos make it seem. The shower gets the floor very wet. They charge you if you eat the snacks that are in your room when you get there, even bottles of water. I should have known but I'd rather have not had them taking up the space. Early check-in is an extra $20 and they don't offer you the option, you have to ask them yourself. They also make you pay upfront for any guest you invite instead of charging in the morning, so if your girlfriend is the type to just storm out when she gets mad, consider that.

Nothing. We got in at night and left early.
Property needs update. Towels had seen better days. Breakfast looks colorful but mostly dessert and unhealthy.

I will not write reviews of any Hotel, until and unless my review for Marvel Stone, Giza, Cairo is restored. It was collapsed.
I am a World traveler and i have no connection to the hotels i visit. I report the situation as it was.
I may have made an error by mentioning another hotel nearby inadvertently, and i am ready to correct my mistake, and revise my review.
However, whatever i wrote is factual and correct, and the same is supported by other reviews, if you care to read them about horse stables outside the hotel.
There was not a single hanger to hang clothes on in the empty wardrobe. The bath drain would not drain the water and it would be like a lake while having bath. The breakfast was indeed very poor. I stayed at smaller hotel in Luxor and their breakfast was good and fresh. The alley to the hotel was dirty and uncomfortable.
The reception did give me wrong timings of the opening of the Pyramids.
Till that review is un-collapsed or I am given a chance to revise it (and remove my error) I will not write any review of the 10 hotels i booked and visited in South America.
