Lovely weekend getaway

Lovely apartment in a great location. Cooking facilities were excellent. Very clean bathrooms and bedlinen. Beds were comfy enough for a two night stay.

Parking is a little difficult. The main problem was a plumbing issue with the kitchen tap often leaking and making a loud noise - rather annoying in the middle of the night! Shame that there was scaffolding obstructing the sea view at the front however we had been warned that it may be there before we arrived. Just a suggestion that the layout in the main bedroom could be better by putting the bed against the right wall, the way it is now makes it rather tricky to access the bathroom - suck in!!

Great location for beach and town. Two good sized showers ideal for sandy beach bodies. Lovely sea views. Quiet location

Peaceful place in lovely spot

Comfortable, quiet, right in the centre of Barmouth.

Parking was a bit of a problem - parked opposite in art gallery car park for 5 pound but often noone there to take money so posted it through letterbox and hoped for the best! Feel it should have been clearer as I thought I'd booked somewhere with parking.

Great location and the property was everything we needed and clean.

Although the double bed was comfortable it was very noisy, woke me up everytime i moved during the night and the neighbours upstairs were very noisy.

Great location. Right next to the beach and we were able to get parking opposite. Nice kitchen and living room.

Front of building looked awfull and durty with scaffolding up reception area not a nice space. Small bathroom got a damp smell

Disappointing

The view was stunning. The main living area was clean and bright and pleasant.

The communal front garden and entrance hall of the residential building were below expectations. The bin area was disgusting.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barmouth thanks to comfortable accommodation in a convenient position

Perfect location, gorgeous period building with a great vantage point overlooking Barmouth beach. Nicely decorated and maintained flat with 2 bathrooms and plenty of traditional features.

Parking was OK once a spot established. Could be a challenge during peak / popular times.

Fab location!

2nd bedroom very tight - only just fits bunks in. Damp smell in bathrooms - maybe as old building. Bathrooms nice enough though.

Nice break in a clean, modern apartment.

The apartment was very well equipped, nice comfortable beds and nice view of the sea. Very nicely decorated. Friendly neighbours.

The property obviously suffers from damp as there is a dehumidifier running all the time, the ensuite bathroom smelt of damp so we shut the door and didn’t use it. There was another shower which was great. We didn’t notice a damp smell in any of the other rooms.
