Great location, Great hosts and the weather was gorgeous which made the short break an enjoyable experience

Easy reach of the beach and local amenities

The property was clean and comfortable but the only downside was there was breakfast included with the room

Seafront view short walk to station and town

Our only gripe was the shower temperature was hot and could not be turned down to cool. Ian had a look and agreed it wasn't right but couldn't do anything for the time being. Although it is being upgraded in the coming weeks.

Exceptional

The room was lovely clean and very comfortable.The views were very stunning, from our bedroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and couldn't have picked a better place.

Couldn't fault anything. we had a wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back again.

Very good

The room was big, the shower was comfortable and the location was great.

There was no shampoo; only shower gel. We could hear people snoring in another room and the bed would shake when this happened.

A warm friendly welcome on arrival, a bright, fresh room with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful sea view ensured a delightful break. The bathroom was scrupulously clean and the was easy to regulate. Lovely 😊

The only thing lacking was breakfast but that is the owners prerogative, so that was fine.

Beautiful room lovely and clean view was fantastic,host was very polite and helpful let us have room earlier than we expected and additional parking space.

Wasn't nothing to dislike,the only thing would say it's not a bed and breakfast which was fine but didn't want you to have food in room a microwave would have been nice

A perfect place to stay for a relaxing break

Wonderful, perfect hosts, friendly but not overbearing. Location a minute from the beach and about the same to the rail station. The rooms were spotless with a lot of thought and love given to the decor and layout. Plenty of tea making facilities. The highlight was lying on my bed looking out across the sea watching the sun go down and hearing the waves crash at night.

Exceptional Views and cleanliness

The organisation and view were excellent. It was peaceful and well equipped and presented. The matching bottle etc was smart too. Thoughtful details such as water and glass

The room was slightly too warm but that's subjective.

Chill out break

Booked room at very short notice. Very accommodating. Great location and very homely. Parking is a bit of a problem but like all things it sorts itself out in the end. Very enjoyable stay and will return shortly.

Comfortable, clean and inviting

I booked this for my parents for a couple of nights, and they absolutely loved the accommodation. It was clean, the room was a great size and the location was perfect. They were able to check in earlier aswell which was great. They would 100% stay here again and recommend.

Everything! Cannot fault at all. Wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts.

Amazing and easy stay with lovely location

Place in general was lovely. I would recommend everyone. It deserves Fabulos review. We were running late and the owner waited for us with checking in. Thank you for making our stay easy.

It was a little bit cold on the second night and the water wasn't as warm as it was the day before. Regardles late time - it was 21:30 we called the owner and he fixed the water and heating very quickly. Thank you very much

The view was magnificent as we had the sea view. Plenty of room.

The TV was a bit small for the room size. Not that we watched it much but may have done if the weather had been bad.
