Just outside of historic center, about 15 minute walk from train station, easy to find. Checking in was easy. Kitchen was adequate for storing and heating food. Having two toilets for five people was nice. Nice to have a half bath and full bathroom to share.
Set up as three separate bedrooms that all share 1.5 bathrooms, kind of like a hostel. Each bedroom had a table and at least one chair. As we rented all three rooms, we had the entire place to ourselves and could move chairs around to the one room with a larger table for us to eat together. There is no seating area, so nowhere to hang out.

The location is perfect. Restaurant downstairs was a nice dinner option. We arrived late, the restaurant was open till 22 or even 23.
The appartments are very clean.
For our family of 6, including 2 small children was enough place to sleep and have family breakfast. I found fresh bread just a few minutes walk away.
1) in room number 1 bed is absolutely not stable! Bed slats fell out of bed right away!
2) blankets in all 3 rooms too short. I am 172 and I could not cover myself comfortably.
