1. Very strategically located
2. Thankful for the amenities provided - washing machine and clothes hanging area, vacuum, microwave, fridge, stove. Enough to take care of us that 1 whole week
3. 1 unit per floor. Very private
4. Interesting view of Namba area. Can see the trains and people walking to work.
1. A bit dusty at some areas

Close to Namba restaurants and train station. Room was as advertised, self check in Ok, when entering, touch pad, enter code and then press *
Mat under table looked old and worn, under beds were extremely dusty. As beds take up the whole room, there was little room to unfold suitcases, more hangers required as clothes line is small and air con in bedroom was noisy and larger bottles needed for bathroom if 5-6 people staying for 4 nights or more…

Nice and cozy apartment. It has washing machine, kitchen and nice sitting area.
Bathroom was very small and smelly. I would not recommend living here because check in time is 5 pm which is very late. It supposed to be 3 pm like international hotel time. When we requested to check out half an hour late and they refused.

Good location. Good size. Easy check in and out. Lots of good shopping, eating and drinking options nearby.
The check in times are very late (normally 3pm in most rentals/hotels) but this is 5pm.
The property felt a bit tired. There was only 1 drinking glass for 3 people (we had to use 7-11 plastic cups) and the duvets are bad. Lumpy and not able to keep us warm as the filling was all bunched up. The bedside lamp was a bit broken too.
