The menu was fresh and had tasty fresh local ingredients. Our room was comfortable and quiet.
The buffet breakfast was cold and food delivered to the pool was also cold.
Unfortunately, there was a large group of people at the lodge who did not know how to conduct themselves around others and in the bush. Too loud, scared away the animals and made things less than pleasant BUT well done to management for moving them to another dinner area. Maybe some "etiquette tips" should be added to the welcome letter.

Dinner was excellent as always.
On the first morning, there was no buffet breakfast, probably due to the low number of guests. Instead, there was a set menu, with several options. I wanted to add a croissant to my choice, which the waiter declined, even though there was another choice including croissants. "You have to take the other option then" were the words. If buffet is the standard, and it is reduced to a set menu due to occupancy, at least be flexible. What was even worse, we were charged for our coffee. First time in 40 years of traveling, that coffee is excluded from "full breakfast"

This is a beautiful, quiet place. We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent, and the food was great. We would definitely love to come back!

I liked that elephants are roaming. I liked that its clean.
The food was not good and it takes long to come. We even had to cancel dessert cause every meal took long to prepare. The service was not good, took 30min to get something to drink. The facilities are outdated especially for the value for money.
