The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front office agents Nehir and Emre, they improved the stay at the hotel substantially. The cleaning lady was also a plus, she checked everyday if I needed anything and even brought me water daily which was very adorable. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. The facilities were plentiful and diverse, I especially enjoyed the restaurants and the barber at the location. Another great plus is the presence of a metro station right next to the hotel.
Just the location, the traffic was a bit problematic if you went by car, but like I mentioned, the metro station outside was of great help.

The facilities were of good standards, the apartment was spacious. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool were clean and offered a welcome relaxation. In the morning we could enjoy a nice breakfast buffet. We really appreciated Nilay as our warm and friendly host.
A bit more flexibility about bringing some food to the pool area would be a good improvement, especially for families with children.

Location, Value for Money and Facilities
Bedding needs improvement, and curtains on windows as sheer curtains make it hot when the sun is in the west. Internet needs to improve but it was good.

The view
The owners do not realise that smart TV is an essential for guests . The place has very old basic TV with Turkish Satellite channels only.
I use smart TV for my work, I couldn’t do any work , moved to another place with smart tv and didn’t renew the rest of my stay with them.
For such cost per night in that area you expect an iron and an iron board . The place is an apartment with kitchen , there was hardly and cutlery or utensils.
