Great location cabin, big stone kitchen and very cosy room. Great view for the morning and sunset. Choose this cabin! As there is a few more connected to it.
You can get a 3 minute (20pesos) tuktuk taxis to and from town and also to deliver snacks and drinks. :) or it’s only a 10 minute hill walk to town.
Host was always on WhatsApp when we needed.
There’s also a tiny convenience store opposite.
Could do with a newer TV as we spent a lot of time chilling inside and an extra heater for the kitchen.

We loved the location being slightly out of the main part of SJDP. The view is breathtaking and it has been imprinted in my mind. And exceptional walk to the cabin which has been beautifully laid out and cared for. You can see the love for the foliage and the environment. Well done to the team. The cabin (4) is ample in size and lots of blankets and we had a heater as evenings were cold. The staff (Mrs Horastia and Omar) weee world class and Omar was always available to message and very responsive. Accomodation was very clean. Also the kitchen has almost everything you need. It was quite private and only the second night we had neighbours who seemed to be a bit loud but did quieten at 10pm ish. We felt it definitely offered good privacy. There is some construction happening in front of cabin 3 - so enquire before booking :)
We found the cabin to be a bit soulless and really would benefit from some personality. I understand more things makes it more risk for people to break things but still it just felt cold. The bathroom is the one room I felt particularly needs some work and feels very plastic. The water pressure is poor but at least there is hot water.

The view was incredible.
Didn’t realize (my fault) that it was split level. Bathroom/kitchen bottom story up stairs to sitting area and bedrooms. Tv was in the bedroom not sitting area. Beautiful jacuzzi tub that didn’t jacuzzi and even after asking for hot water it never got warm enough to even shower.
