Very clean and modern apartment, plenty of equipment. Very central to all areas of Marbella. Good communication from the agency when it was discovered incorrect information on number of adults staying had been communicated from booking.com, problem sorted quickly.
We got 2 sets of keys, well almost. One set of keys had apartment door and street door, other set only had apartment door. There was no fob for the gate at the pool. With 5 adults in the apartment this was a bit restricted and we had to plan who had which keys. A complete set of keys for each bedroom would have been handy. Apart from that small issue the apartment was excellent.
Not enough toilet paper for 5 adults for a week. again small but frustrating.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working so they gave us a portable unit but meant bedrooms were too warm . Staff not friendly and we were also given the wrong keys and had to run up and down to reception several times to sort

Great location and amenities in the apartment
Sunbed charges - were vague online about how much it would be and that it's only cash
No lamps in the rooms or fob to get out the main gate easier but these are just minor things everything else was great.
