Friendly staff, good location, cabin would be claustrophobic for a family of six.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Two-bedroom cabin catered for most needs but best described as minimalist in every way. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, 2 pots, 1 pan. Table and 4 chairs. 23-inch T.V. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for six people. Good storage in main bedroom.

Both bedrooms very small, main bedroom only 30cm on either side of bed, little room to change. Bed was comfortable. Second bedroom was tiny, had four bunks probably suitable for children up to 12 years. Shower very small, towels just O.K. Three-seater lounge most uncomfortable. No compendium or what resort facilities were available, in the cabin. Good for one- or two-night stays for use for sleeping and meals.

Ingenia Inveloch is a great place to stay with lots of activites to pass the time.

Location was perfect, short drive into town. Beach was just accross the road. Unfortunatley the weather when we visited wasnt the best but it was great to have the indoor heated pool and water park to pass the time. Kids had the best time. The park is great for young families. The staff were great and prompt, we had an issue with our TV and the maintenance man came straight away and ended up replacing it with a new one.

The bedrooms were cold at night and the heater didnt really warm them up even though we had this on most of the time we were in the cabin. The portable heater in the cupboard didnt work properly, Im greatful we took our own warm bedding with us. The main bedroom floor would get wet at night and i would have to wipe it up with paper towel, there is definatley a moisture issue in this cabin because i have never come accross this before. That aside, we still had a great stay and would return.

good enough for a short three day trip

Great for kids, indoor pool and bouncy play. There wasn't much other facilities or even a restaurant.

the indoor pool was not warm enough, and the pool was a bit small given the number of people in it.

Very good

Really good for families had a lot of activities for children of all ages.

The cabin was very cold. Temp didn't change much with the heater on

Facilities for kids

Unsupervised kids in pool and on bikes. 5km even too fast during school holidays. Perhaps a white lines for kids to ride between to ond side of road.

Great for small children and families

I liked the facilities. I liked the accomodation. The fact we got a refund for having a unserviceable space on arrival was a bonus.

Fantastic

Location was great, amenities fab very clean and well maintained.

There was no outdoor pool (which we misunderstood)and I get that it's beside the beach but we so looked forward to lounging by the pool in the sun while the littlies played. But apart from that not a fault!!

Excellent accommodation Inverloch

Excellent park with great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Kids especially enjoyed the indoor splash park and pool. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

when I used the pool area there was poo on the floor in the girls change area outside there were dropped clothes that ha

my cabin floor was filthy and felt it under foot. a mop waved in the middle does not clean

Awesome family getaway

So many activities to keep the kids entertained all day

Only fault was a porta cot couldn’t fit in the bedroom which made sleep times tough with our 16MO, will try get a bigger room next time

I booked through an app which didn’t state the indoor pool was out of use due to renovation and the office ladies were kindly informed me just before arriving as I booked it the same day.
