It is very accessible to all.
The telephone was not working and every time we need something, we need to go down the reception to file the request. In our 4 days stay, this has not been resolved.

The location is great as its near almost everything.
The price is too high for the stay. The room was not well maintained. I know the hotel is a few years old and I stayed here when it was fairly new. The room's cleanliness is not great, especially the bathroom. There is a musty smell too. I booked the Queen Deluxe room expecting it is better than the twin room i booked previously but it was a let down. The bed was too hard and the linens are just old. Maybe an update is needed unless they want it to have the same vibe as the older hotels in Lipa.
