The breakfast was great - I expected some juice and pastries but this was much more offered.
Staff was very friendly and helpful - especially with check in & out.
The TV was fine but was not mounted on the wall. It was a standing on the low cabinet - which was fine, but the remote didn’t work because beds were in the way. I had to get up every time to use the remote.

The Tv was not working and we called front desk and immediately the staff responded and moved us next door. This was very much appreciated. Everything else was extremely good!

Good location right off interstate and the staff were really nice. Also very easy to find!
The outlets didn’t like to keep the chargers connected, like all the outlets were too loose to hold onto a charging block for a phone

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner in room was literally falling apart and VERY loud. The front panel fell off, the top panel fell off.
The overall experience was well below what we expect from Holiday Inn Expess
