The rooms were comfortable and quit.
I did not like the reception area. Too small and not much areas for seating.

The staff was amazing? The art was beautiful and the food and drinks were exceptional!
The pillows were huge and hard to sleep on and the room was really hot

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The tower rooms were supposed to be 5-star; however, the rooms were very basic.
The premium you pay for what felt more like a holiday inn, is not worth it. The amenities were very basic and the furniture also not what you would find in a 5-star hotel.
I subsequently moved to the JW Marriott which has a 4-star rating and it was remarkably nicer!
