Breakfast was decent. Staff were great.
One evening there was only one restaurant available. I tried to get room service, but could not reach them at all. I had been ill and needed something to eat. I had to go hungry until morning when breakfast was available. For All-Inclusive, more food choices/availability of food is needed. Pool service was very slow. You need more wait staff.

On the beach. Nice pools. Waterslide. Quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen units were well equipped for 4. Taxis and Ubers were readily available. Bus also available but we didn’t try because we were traveling in a group.
Restaurants and buffet were outside under shade. There was no air conditioning and in August it was very humid and hot. Very expensive to eat there. We did not go all inclusive. We got maneuvered into a time share promo. We were gullible to go along but refused the offer. Frustrating! Took up 3 hours of our vacation.

How close the rooms were to the pools, the beach restaurants, and other amenities. The pool with the long shallow shelf for my 1 year old to play on.
The limited restaurant options and variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The lack of fun activities hosted by staff for adults and kids.

Beach access was good. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The waitstaff were are very nice and helpful.
The front desk staff were terrible, rude and unhelpful. They charged our credit cards twice and have yet to resolve the issue. I have reached out, called and had our credit card open a dispute.
