Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit dem Personal hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Bei Problemen schnelle Reaktion durch den Vermieter

Die Schlüssel liegen in einem Tresor, dessen PIN man telefonisch vom Vermieter erfragen muss. Das Problem ist, dass die Unterkunft in einem Funkloch liegt, was das Telefonieren doch recht erschwert. Bei Einzug war keine Reinigung gemacht worden. Es fehlte auch an frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Nachdem ich eine Nachricht an den Vermieter verschickt habe, kam das Putzteam etwa eine halbe Stunde später und reinigte die Wohnung oberflächlich. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr schmal und steil. Für alte Menschen bzw. für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass dieser Umstand in der Beschreibung vermerkt worden wäre.
