The decor of the hotel is very Italian and our room (11) was large and comfortable. The young girl on reception was so polite and helpful. We liked the secure parking inside a locked garage for our motorcycle.
Firstly we completely missed the hotel as Google directed us past it and we had to retrace our journey. Do not rely on Google for this hotel.
The shower head in our room had a broken attachment so we had to hold it when using. We reported this to reception. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I would have thought this would have been noted and fixed before our arrival.
Breakfast is cake and more cake!
Not much going on in Vercelli on a Monday evening. In fact many restaurants were closed so we ended up picking up food from a supermarket!

Sabrina, our host, was exceptionally helpful, warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for our overnight travelling. The breakfast offering was extremel generous.

Very enjoyable stay with friendly helpful hosts, check-in was a breeze especially for us with our touring bikes and luggage. The hosts have gone out of their way to meet our needs. They have great secure bike storage with tools, oil and water hose to clean bikes. All done with a friendly smile and a nice breakfast to make our day

Easy to find, 10 minutes from the town centre with easy parking. The host was very friendly & let me put our motorcycle inside his garage.
The whole hotel was a bit tired & in need of renovation. The air conditioning did seem to work so we had to sleep with the window open & were kept awake by people sitting & talking outside. Breakfast was served in our room & was disappointing being coffee in a paper cup, orange juice in a carton & a croissant in a bag. We only needed a bed for the night so none of this was a major problem for us but if you need to stay for several days you may not agree with the 3* rating it appears to have,
