Great accommodation with stunning view to Motlawe river. 90% of our greatest impressions were made by the view which is incredible during all day. We spent here 4 nights. Room was very clean, nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment, spacious enough. Location simply amazing as you are just few steps away from the city centre and the river. You need to collect the keys in Chmielna 63 which is about the 5-10 minutes by walk but we were fine with that. AC is working and is pretty intuitive so you can very quickly choose the suitable temperature in the room. Smart TV with Netflix. They communicate very quickly through WhatsApp.
As we stayed there for 4nights we got 3towels (no changing or cleaning was included during our stay), 4very soft pillows with no extra ones and 2 coffee capsules for whole stay so we had to buy extra ones in grocery store. Also there is just a little wardrobe with ironing board and iron so if you are there for longer, that’s just not enough for your clothes. Also as there is no cleaning included (unless you pay extra for this) you need to take care about your rubbish (there is very small bin). If you are there for 1-2 nights I would say it’s fine but longer stays may not feel very comfy and for 115€ per night we would expect slightly better care.

Sijainti on täydellinen, näkymä ikkunasta on hurmaava. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, leivänpaahdin olisi hyvä lisä. Kylpyhuoneessa oli paljon laskutilaa kosmetiikalle ja suihku oli sellainen, ettei koko kylpyhuone kastunut. Lakanat olivat kahisevat ja patja sopivan jämäkkä. Jonkin verran ravintoloiden ääniä kuuluu huoneeseen, mutta ottaen huomioon keskeisen sijainnin, hyvin vähän kuitenkaan.
Kunpa matkalaukun voisi jättää aulaan säilöön tulo- ja lähtöpäivänä.

Great location, Comfy bed, the balcony was super nice to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The coffee they provided was good, No extras, no sugar, spices ect. The space is good.
Frustrating check-in and disruptive construction. The key pickup location was highly inconvenient—a six-block walk made significantly longer by major street closures, requiring me to navigate detours, stairs, and cobblestones with heavy luggage alone at night or take a cab. Additionally, the property itself was undergoing internal construction, resulting in loud, early-morning jackhammering and drilling. When I contacted management, I even sent video's so they could hear how very loud it was. They simply stated they had no control over the building and "cannot be held responsible for them". Given the premium price paid for this rental, the lack of proactive communication and refusal to offer any compensation was deeply disappointing. Central street noise is to be expected, but the interior disruptions made this stay poor value for money.
