Beautiful luxery apartment

The name of the apartment doesn't promise too much - it was really luxery. We loved our apartment and the commutation with the owner was easy and clear. There is a parking space for free and nearby.

Excelente ubicación. Íbamos a hacer un poco de turismo y nos sorprendió gratamente. La calle del apartamento está justo al inicio del camino hacia Il Baluardo y la zona más antigua del Colle. El propietario del apartamento nos ayudó mucho con el tema del aparcamiento y nos facilitó la documentación para zona ZTL. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Good clean modern comfy appartment

Just stayed here short (4 hours), but the bed was very good, also the bathroom was very good and clean just like the rest of the appartment

The appartment can be a bit hard to reach by car, can not park in front of the building

Excellent communication with host. Very much appreciated being able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Self check in very easy Location on the via francigena. 10 min uphill walk to the old town. Easy few minutes walk to good bus connection Apartment felt luxurious. Modern decor. Spacious. Bed super comfy. Very good value for money for the night I booked. Highly recommend

Our bed was good and comfortable

When we arrived the children's sofa-bed was not made and we didn't know how to open it. The toilet was dirty, there were pee stains on the lid. There wasn't even a kettle for water in the kitchen. The children's pillows were carpets. And there was no you are there to welcome us.

Clean, modern and in a central location. Netflix, jacuzzi and the kitchenette were all used by me and appreciated. Mario was very responsive and the apartment was perfect for my stay.

A nice and convenient place if you want to explore small towns in Tuscany

great location, easy to get to the nice small towns nearby

Things were not super well-built. Some very small pieces of concrete fell from the ceiling. That didn’t pose any danger but simply not nice. The wifi didn’t work very well but they fixed it promptly.

Very clean, needs a cloth washer; also advertises a Microwave and there was NO microwave!! secure and clean and host was very helpful. great location for Tuscany visits all over!

no parking. had to haul luggage up a very steep hill to gett to the appt.

apartment pretty new, well equipped, large sleeping room, very good bed, kitchen ok, air condition good . Fortunately neighbours were quite so not noisy during the night . Fantastic restaurant at walking distance ( Antica trattoria) in the new village... Medieval village can be reached with 15 min walk (steep)

window of our room look into an little internal court , so you cannot keep them open people can see inside , Everything digital also to unlock the door apartment (so keep your phone battery up).. maybe not very user friendly for people not accustomed with digital things
