Mixed feelings. Good if cheap, but if you want comfort choose something else.

Location is great. Very nice green yard and great mountain view. Big parking lot.

Apartment is old, probably slightly renovated 10 or more years ago. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Apartment was clean only at first glance, but after, we discovered dirty windows, stains and rust in bathroom, and dirt on shelves and other surfaces. Tap in bathroom was leaking while we used shower. Air conditioner worked very bad and condensate dripped straight from air blades.

Easy to contact the host if any questions, great location.

Not very well equipped, for example it would have been nice if the flat had had washing-up liquid and brush so not all tenants need to buy, and also missed an iron. Also it was not very well cleaned, bathroom and floor was cleaned but for example under the bed and at shelves it was covered in dust. As I stayed here with my 1 year old son, he was soon crawling around in the dirty areas :(

Nice location at Riva, good starting point to visit the lac

The parking associated with the appartment was full almost all our stay. We have to search and return the key at 10km from the house and we have to pay extra just for sheet and towels. The appartment does not have a good acoustic isolation so we heard neighbors early in the morning.

De ligging is perfect, je hebt een afgesloten plek om je auto te parkeren. Appartement zit dichtbij een bakker en supermarkt en met 5 a 10 minuten lopen zit je in het prachtige centrum / Gardameer. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten op het terrasje. Het is er erg rustig en weinig geluid van de straat / buren.

Hangt een hele erge muffe lucht binnen en het interieur is erg veroudert, wel alles netjes en schoon, maar is verre van gezellig. Douchekop moet je vasthouden, dus met 1 hand haren wassen, en er zitten zwarte vlekken op het plafond in de badkamer. Airco kan niet onder de 18 graden.
