Was in a very good location about a 5 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops, was incredible value for money and was very clean overall experience was good.
The bed was quite hard (I was in the cheapest room tho so could be different in other rooms) and they turned the lights in the hallway off at night so had to use my phone light to get the key in the door 😂.

Location is near Vung Tau beach.
The room facilities are a bit old and the soundproofing is not good. Weak water flow and unusable shower. In the morning we were woken up by the sound of house repairs and the noise of tourists downstairs. Besides that, we had a bad experience renting motorbikes here and the price was unclear. People should be careful in negotiating the price and ask clearly if the price is per day or until 12 noon. We rented motorbikes with the price 100,000 vnđ from 6pm the night before to 6pm the next day, BUT were charged for 150,000 vnđ. Finally, after we argued, they charged us 100,000 vnđ.
