A clean, cozy, and atmospheric apartment located very close to the railway station and city center. It provides everything that even demanding guests might need. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Bolzano!
The apartment is located on a narrow street without a pavement, and when people pass by, their voices can be heard very clearly, almost as if they were inside the apartment. Also, the steep steps in this two-level apartment may be difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

- location
- kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- cold (stayed in Dec)
- outdoor noice (few bars were around.. cannot sleep with open window but you need one as there is no ventilation/ac)
- electricity down twice during two days of stay.. have to do outside to plug it in.. no instruction given in advance - had to wait for landlord..)
- that’s 2 storey appt, 15sqm each.. do not expect a space ..
