In the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, 4 km from the sea and 30 km from the Mont, gite adjoining the owner's house. This cottage is located near the owners' house. It is spread over two levels. Electric heating. Outside: - Private, sheltered, south-facing terrace - Garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue - Courtyard shared with the owners Authentic atmosphere for this cottage with its large living room, its exposed beams and stones. This cottage is located 2 km from the center of La Fresnais and on the edge of the tourist route (D4) to reach Saint-Malo 15 km away and Cancale 13 km away.
