Hotel Portales Del Campestre

The best hotelwe visited while in Colombia.The staff was amazing and relly helpful.They were speaking English so that really helped.Really nice breakfast neraby the pool with many animal approaching like birds and squirrels.We also booked a daytrip to Guatape with them and it was amazing! The location is amazing next to 5 star hotels and private clubs with lots of green.Would definitely go there again over and over.Also we were 3 people and they gave us a room with 5 beds so it was great!Don't be afraid it's outside city centre because the Uber was 5$.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I felt totally safe, the hotel is in a residential area and peaceful. The staff are wonderful - so helpful and friendly! In hindaight i wish id got the bus, rather than uber, before i did. I saw so much more on public transport.

The price i paid meant i was totally satisfied with what was provided

- Reception: staff very kind and supportive 🙂 - a sort of small peaceful haven : at breakfast and pool place (though small) - water and coffee supply

- breakfast: when stayed over 2-3 nights, it became repetitive as it offers ALWAYS the same things - location: although located in a safe zone, it's a little distanced from the center and other facilities such as supermarkets, etc.

Breakfast was good. The staff was efficient and neighborhood peaceful.

No safety deposit boxes, no airconditioning, which made the rooms warm and humid (smelly).
