I love everything here except that it doesn't has an elevator but since it was an old building so it can't help but for facilities and location it really worth to pay

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and had all the necessary appliances.
The mattress was terrible. I had to sleep on the duvet because the springs were poking me. There is no air con and the window in the bedroom was sealed so it couldn't be opened at all, the remaining windows only opened a very small amount. In the current climate, this makes for an uncomfortable stay.

Enjoyed the facilities clean rooms and updated modern standard!
Could hear the upstairs apartment toilet flushing in my apartment and no extra toilet roll was supplied!
I ran out!
I also found the water temp in the shower as Luke warm and cold. It didn’t stay hot.
