The location is fantastic! The room was very clean and we appreciated the parking. The host was very nice.
We paid a premium price for the room and I felt that it was over-priced. It’s possible that it was because it was a Saturday in early September. The room felt very small- it was our last night in Italy so a little extra space to speed out would have been nice but overall comfortable. Parking was maxed out in the evening so we decided to walk to dinner instead of drive because we did not want to lose our parking spot.

Location was really good. Some complimentary snacks. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Easy self check in service.
One hot water cattle for 6 rooms. Rooms were not noise cancelling, could hear everything - toilet flushing, walking, door opening, showers and hairdryers and even conversations, and because of that could not get good night sleep.
Room was not like in a photos, it was quite dark, small and without a nice view.

I couldn’t contact the owner and he wanted my passports pictures.
