Convenient for the station. Good shower and comfy bed.
A few of the times I’ve stayed recently there have been no traditional tea teabags in the room, just herbal teas provided with the kettle.
I was disappointed not to be able to relax with an ordinary cup of tea - without going in search of basic ‘proper’ teabags.
Usually the selection includes two sachets of Taylor’s breakfast tea as well as a mint and a lemon with ginger.
Sachets of coffee and milk have always been provided.

The room was very clean.
Great location.
A very good range of choice of breakfast.
My husband found the bed a bit hard.
The only fault we found was that there wasn’t any access via a lift or by stairs up to the reception level from the underground carpark. The walk up to reception at night didn’t feel safe.

The location was good. The best part of the hotel was the great staff. They were friendly, cooperative and helpful at all times!
Very basic breakfast. Hardly any choice of fruits. Scrambled eggs etc were served cold.
Inadequate facilities in bathroom. Eg. the shower space has no shelf to hold the bath gel. The commode was stained.
