The room was clean and tidy
Housekeeping staff were very friendly and supportive
The golf cart and train staff were friendly and super supportive
Security also super kind and helpful
No late check out , where the receptionist was tough
The food in dinner wasn’t good and part of it (pickles and fruits ) were rotten or molded

The room is clean
There was a lot of chaos during both dinner and breakfast.
The level of service was poor, and disorder filled the place—I felt for a moment as if it were a fight for survival, not a dinner buffet.
There were not enough staff members to serve the restaurant.
It was also misleading: the photos showed that there was a nightclub, and during check-in at the reception we were told there were many activities, but later we discovered there was only one area offering family and children’s activities, contrary to what had been presented and promised.
