The location was great and very convenient, and the facility was clean.
The Wi-Fi on the second floor, where I stayed, was very weak and would sometimes disconnect completely.
There were also two uneven/false steps on the way up. When carrying heavy luggage, I almost fell because of them. I find these particularly dangerous and believe they should be fixed as soon as possible.
The bed linen was also quite worn and, in some places, torn, which was unpleasant and gave the room a less well-maintained feeling.
Parking was another issue. Although the property states on that parking is available, the number of spaces is limited. We arrived by motorcycle, and initially there was some difficulty finding a suitable place to park. The interaction with one member of staff was a little uncomfortable, as her attitude made it seem that she was frustrated by the situation. When she suggested that we speak with the manager by phone, he was professional and calm, and we were able to find a solution. Best to call in advance if you need a parking space.

Location and price.
The reception and lounge/ bar area were never open. There was a heat wave and they had no fans in breakfast area. The room had a very small ceiling fan inside the ceiling light. They did put a floor fan in my room for the first night but removed afterwards so night 2 was uncomfortable. I had to move the bed under the small ceiling fan to get some breeze.
