The cae gate guy with the gold teeth was so pleasant and welcoming. The Front desk girl was kind and helpful and the waiters were also kind.

Although the staff was happy, they congregated a lot and their interactions were a bit loud at times. They have a lovely way of getting along, which I wouldn't deter.

Overall the building and rooms need significant refurbishing and upgrading.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, you can walk to Playa Flamingo.

Overall the hotel lacks maintenance, all the furniture looks run down. The price is very high and the quality of the hotel overall is not worth it. The rooms are not well looked after, the cleaning service doesn’t take out the trash, there was no cover for the duvet, there is not even a coffee machine on the rooms, the bathroom is painted in a very dark color to cover up for the damaged shower. The icing on the cake was that, when we arrive there was ONE chair in our double bedroom, which we were using to put some things on top, and by the second day it was removed from our room (even though we were using it), we asked for it back and they never did. I will advise people not to stay here, it is not worth the money you pay. Another bad experience was that they have a private beach, my boyfriend asked for a towel to go to the beach and the receptionist told him that towels were only for the pool, so you can go to their private beach but not with a towel. Later that day we saw the same receptionist giving out towels to people that were leaving for day tours outside of the hotel, so where is the logic in that?
