About this house rental
Located in Walla Walla, this lovely house for $321 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Chestnut Place is perfect for a weekend of wine tasting, a getaway with friends or a family vacation, this light and bright house on a quiet cul de sac has it all. Spacious open floor plan connects gourmet kitchen with counter seating and living area, ideal for entertaining, relaxing and socializing. Two sets of sliding doors connect to an expansive deck fully equipped with comfortable oversized seating, a shade umbrella and dining table with ample seats for the whole crew. Beyond the patio is a landscaped, fully fenced back yard, ready for all the lawn games. Conveniently located less than two miles from downtown, enjoy a quiet walk to Pioneer Park for Pickleball and birdwatching at the Aviary, a tour of Whitman College, a home base for scenic biking routes, and all the shops and tasting rooms Walla Walla has to offer. Off the kitchen you will have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer, additional half-bathroom and entry to the attached two-car garage. Down the hall from the open living space find two well-appointed bedrooms with a plush queen bed in each and the main full bathroom. A separate TV room is perfect to watch movies, catch up on e-mail or enjoy a good book, complete with a futon/couch that converts to a full-size bed for additional sleeping space (1 adult or 2 kids). The oversized master bedroom features a king bed, a spacious master bathroom and separate access to the back patio, perfect to catch the morning sunrise. Property Manager, Alexa Palmer Full size futon in TV Den (sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult) Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog/s. Pet Fee: $100 (2 dog maximum) Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

This house was so comfortable for our group of 4 friends to hang out for a few days. The shared space was great for casually hanging out. And the location is ideal - very close to town and the wineries.

A great place to stay! Was there for a week for vacation with a few friends. So peaceful and quiet and such a great backyard. Felt very much at “home” and had all the amenities that one needed. Thank you Terri & Ron for your hospitality. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We arrived to the chestnut house to find a beautiful house we made into a home for the weekend. The house was full of light, decorative furniture and art, outfitted with all anyone would need. A bottle of Saviah Syrah greeted us and both inside and outside welcoming for relaxing in the beautiful Walla Walla valley. We will definitely be planning a return. Thank you for creating a wonderful stay.

The house was as listed, had everything you could need. The backyard was spacious with a large seating area to enjoy the view, and they even had a couple outdoor games. We’d definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our group. The deck was amazing for coffee every morning and visits after dinner. Neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful home, would stay here again without hesitation. Just make sure to set your alarm 30 mins early if you want coffee as the coffee maker is as slow as I am in the morning.

We rented this house for two weeks with our small dogs. It was the perfect place for us! We loved that there were no stairs and large spaces to hang out with our guests. Clean, no dog smell and a fantastic kitchen!

Lots of really nice touches - wine, lots of games, lovely outdoor area. Kids liked the fun decor, games and open space. Location was convenient to downtown and tons of wineries. Home was very clean.
