Die Unterkunft liegt im Souterrain eines Hauses. Dadurch war es trotz der heißen Tage immer schön kühl in der Wohnung. Oben drüber lebt die Vermieterin mit ihrer Familie. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein großer Esstisch, an dem man gemeinsam Frühstücken kann. Ebenso einen großen Kühlschrank mit dreiteiligem Eisfach für genügend Stauraum, um auch selbst kochen zu können.
Angrenzend liegen ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und zweimal Schlafzimmer sowie ein Gäste-WC und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Durch das Wohnzimmer kann man überdacht draußen auch bei einem Sommergewitter sitzen. Die gesamte Ausstattung beinhaltet somit alles, was Man benötigt und mehr.
Es gab wirklich nichts grossartiges zu bemängeln.
Einzig der Staubsauger und die Abluftfilter in den beiden Bädern (Gäste-WC und Hauptbad) hätten gereinigt sein können.

Clean and tidy, well equipped and spaced.
Really great for families with two toilets, large kitchen and dining table and a backyard for the kids to play.
Close to everything, Oetz is less than 10 minutes drive. The owner, Sandra, was very reachable, communicative and attentive to our every need.
