What sets this hotel apart is the genuine dedication of its two competent English speakers to its foreign guests. Ilona, Funny and the cleaning staff from the Shenzhen airport branch were outstandingly supportive. Together, they shared a genuine commitment to ensuring their clients feel well supported and valued.
With diverse and approachable demeanours, they set their service apart from the often-encountered negative habits of staff across hotels in China - who often take advantage of the language barrier of foreign guests and alarmingly, can be observed to denigrate guests amongst each other (Sadly, these negative habits have come to be known as a common feature of hospitality and retail establishments in China).
Throughout my stay, I was supported closely by Ilona whose professional etiquette and willingness to accommodate my inquires, whether in terms of baggage logistics, navigating Chinese apps, or providing a space close to home, she made this hotel truly stand out. Thank you Ilona for consistently going the extra mile by providing personalised support that made a real difference.

o café da manhã era horrível, para nós brasileiros inaceitável, por dois dias preferi não comer pois nada era bom, além disse o banheiro não tinha boa iluminação, saia pouca água no chuveiro, e caso tenha outra pessoa no quarto, vc praticamente fica sem privacidade dentro do banheiro pois tudo é de vidro, os atendentes do hotel falam inglês muito básico, raramente entendem e muitas vezes não faziam questão de ajudar.
