Property was clean and in an excellent location
Firstly the glass water bottle broke in my hand when I lifted it to have a drink cutting my thumb I have had to have 2 stitches in it today when I got home. When I told the staff what happened they looked like they didn’t believe it smashed in my hand.
The young lady and older gentleman were great however the younger male was extremely miserable and rude.
We weren’t told about the city tax and when we returned to our room the second day they had removed our access to our room with all our belongings….we weren’t approached and asked to pay this tax which was disgraceful really.
We were given only 1 bath towel between us and no toilet roll so had to ask.
Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly
