La casa non é molto moderna, con qualche rinnovamento potrebbe diventare bellissima.

Anche se l'appartamento è in stile anni 70/80 è comunque confortevole, è di fronte a un parco meraviglioso da cui si può passare per arrivare sia in centro città che in spiaggia, a piedi ci si impiega 20 minuti per arrivare in spiaggia ma comunque attaccato all'appartamento c'è la fermata dell' autobus, inoltre a 100 MT c'è anche un supermercato. Per parcheggiare c'è un parcheggio a 200mt coperto dal costo di 15 euro al giorno.
Bisogna modificare il messaggio che l'appartamento è fronte mare perché non è vero.

Our host was a lovely gentleman who met us outside the unit and helped us take our luggage upstairs to the apartment and showed us everything. And since he spoke no English, and us not a lick of French, he was kind enough to us a translator app so we were all on the same page!
The apartment had some of the most comfortable beds we had slept on during our trip. It was also a short 20 minute walk to Old Town Nice, or there were also Trams and buses you could take.
Antonio, the owner, also helped us arrange to park our car in a cheaper lot, which was very considerate of him. Such a kind man. Would highly recommend his place simply because of him and his wife's recommendations
Not a thing. Just make sure you bring the cash deposit if renting for the first time from him. I think he had the misfortune of having a bad experience with someone and this is his way of protecting himself.
