Nestled in Mystic, this lovely house for $542 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Pearl House is your beautiful home away from home in the heart of vibrant Downtown Mystic. There is no "going to town", you are in town! Steps away from the Mystic River, the house enjoys seasonal river views, the sounds of the famous drawbridge opening and the toots and whistles of the many boats that come in and out of the river every day. The home boasts sunny rooms with a full kitchen, two full baths and a peaceful enclosed front porch where you can unwind after a day in town sightseeing. Pearl House is the perfect size for large families, friend reunions or even two small families that like to travel together. No need to drive, restaurants, shops, museums, the river and more are steps away. Pearl House is walking distance to the train station, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Museum of Art and a 5 minute drive from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The entire house has been refreshed recently, including the addition of a new downstairs bath. The four bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests and a sleeper sofa in the living area will add two more if needed. The sunny backyard features a comfortable sitting area with sun umbrella and a gas BBQ grill. This was the perfect spot for an extended weekend away with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9). The house was the perfect size and more than enough room for us to spread out.
The kitchen was well stocked and all cabinets were labeled, making it super easy to find what you needed. There were a ton of toys for the kids to play with, and a huge array of DVD movies.
The house is in a fantastic location - walking distance to historic downtown Mystic. Its a quick drive if you want to venture over to the aquarium and outdoor shops.
The owners were fantastic with communication and provided all the information needed for an easy check in.

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house that is just a few steps away from downtown Mystic. The four bedrooms were perfect for our needs, and the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay during chilly winter nights. We enjoyed walking to Main Street for dinner and shopping, as well as taking a scenic walk along the river. We also took advantage of the vast DVD collection to watch a movie together, and enjoyed playing a card game at the large dining room table. One family member commented repeatedly about how clean the house was. Great time, highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Anne and John’s home. The space was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy! A very short walk into town made the location perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved this house for our annual Girls Weekend! The house was very clean and there was plenty of extras provided like towels, soap and paper products. We loved being able to walk to down town Mystic and not have to park.

Recently stayed at Peral House in Mystic to catch up with family and had a great time. The house felt like home and more than enough bedrooms/beds for all 4 couples. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for all our needs. It was a short walk to the main street and all the shops and also around the corner from Mystic Pizza. Not far from the Mystic Seaport museum, Mystic Village Shops and Aquarium.
Can't wait to go back again!

Every thing about our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean when we arrived and had lots of fun things for the kids to play with. It's right around the corner from Main St which was super convenient. There were little notes conveniently placed near everything (like how to use the tv remotes/washing machine/door locks) but the owners were also readily available if we ever needed anything.

Anne and Jon were wonderful hosts! We rented their home for a girls weekend and had such a great time. They’re were plenty of beds, towels and linens. Everything you would want for a weekend away. Not only was their home clean and beautiful, but the best part was it is walking distance to all the restaurants , bars and shops downtown mystic has to offer! We will definitely be back!

Our teens enjoyed the ability to venture out on their own. House is located just a block from Main Street. Our families enjoyed our stay. Loved all the restaurants and shopping. Anne and Jon we’re available if needed. Loved staying at your home and enjoyed the screened in porch early mornings for coffee and later at night for the neighborhood activities. We rented this home for New Years 2023. This house was spot on with the information shared with us. We had a terrific time and the owners were fabulous to work with. The proximity to downtown Mystic is unmatched. Also very close to the Casinos. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay somewhere that is clean and close to everything. Kudos to the owners. We will be back!!

We loved our stay at the Pearl House! Anne and Jon were so helpful and easy to book with. It’s such a charming house on a quiet side street in downtown Mystic. We loved how close it was to all of the restaurants and being able to walk everywhere. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the house was spotless and everything was so well labeled! Will definitely go back next time we’re in Mystic!

Our group had the best stay here! The location cannot be beat - walking distance to all the downtown Mystic shops and restaurants. The check-in and check-out processes were very straight forward and the hosts were great communicators. We highly recommend staying here!
