The breakfast was delicious, huge variety of sweet and savory, including hot options.
We had a room upgrade from economy to executive. It was very nicely modernly furnished.
The location was very handy, close to public transport, direct connection to both city center and Svinov train station.
We could use a second door key, otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.

The 24 hour reception is heartening, the building is well laid out and everything works in the room. It is clean and the staff are great. Over the last 10 years I have stayed at this hotel many times. The railways station is a short tram ride away and you can walk to the centre or take the tram.
The bar has closed and so has the evening restaurant. Also the prices have crept up over the years.
