About this house rental
Our nicely styled cottage got its beginning as an ostrich barn so it has an unusual floor plan. Offering the privacy you need, a wonderfully cozy design and a very close location to endless days of hiking, fishing, and all kinds of wilderness. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres and is very private with no neighbors. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, even an air fryer. The patio has table, chairs, a BBQ grill and there is a firepit for relaxing in the evening. We are 17 from ATV trails and 4 miles from CMA headquarters. We are pretty much central to lots of fun.
There is a Hot Springs salt water hot tub under a gazebo. We have a private stocked pond with a fishing pier and lots of fishing gear. There is even a pedal boat for our guests to enjoy.
Designed with couples and small families in mind, this cozy yet spacious retreat offers a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for romantic getaways, peaceful weekends, or memory-making with loved ones.

We had a great stay at this comfortable cottage. It was truly set up with relaxation in mind. Loved the hot tub, comfortable theatre style love seat, and cozy bedding. We had a chance to go explore Ouachita forest which was beautiful.
