Enjoy our Art Deco touches and original flair like glass door knobs and refinished hardwood floors. The kitchen features a gas stove, stainless appliances, granite countertops, coffee bar, breakfast nook or game area. Please come sit on our front porch, listen to the church bells, and relax!

This property was just perfect for my son and I while we visited Belton. This older home has been updated for modern convenience while keeping its vintage charm. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Kelly was fantastic and check-in was so easy. The property is within easy walking distance of the downtown area. Loved our stay here!

This house had it all! Great location, safe quiet neighborhood, close to walking trails and downtown. Place was very well stocked, nicely decorated and very clean. We spent 3 weeks there and was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We had a long weekend in Belton and this home was perfect! It was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have had, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Bonus was the proximity to restaurants and a grocery store.

We really enjoyed staying at the Pearl when visiting our daughter at UMHB. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect location to the campus and also downtown Belton. Would definitely stay again.

This darling cottage was less than 1/2 mile from UMHB and nestled in the historic part of downtown. So convenient for move in weekend with easy access to the trail for running. The cottage itself was clean and darling. The beds were comfortable and it has some really nice finishes. We’ll definitely be back.

Very cute and clean house in a great location. The expo center is just 7 minutes away and downtown is a short walk. Kelly was a wonderful host and reached out prior to our arrival. If we are in the area again, I would definitely book this house again.

Bed Sheets had black hair all over them. Beds were very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable we had to check out one day early because we couldn’t sleep.

We come from business once a year at the Belton Convention center. Which is a short distance.
The house is walking distance from downtown. Which is great to walk to dinner and cute shops.

We really enjoyed our stay in what we call our Belton Home. My 7 and 14 y/o kids and I came down from Dallas to stay for a Motocross Race and enjoyed walking to various restaurants, as well as walking down and chilling in the river. There was so much to do in walking distance, which we really enjoyed. Dead Fish Grille was so legit as well. Great stay!

This Pearl is a Gem!
We opened the door to this cute 1925 home and were greeted with a spacious, open floor plan, pristine and nicely appointed country cottage! The kitchen is really great and well-equipped even though (thanks to all the nearby good eateries) we didn't cook much. The Keurig coffee station was equipped with everything we needed for a wake-up cup o'joe or tea! The beds are comfy, linens clean and the bathroom is super clean with ample linens. We loved strolling just a block away to peruse downtown Belton shops and we lucky to hit the Saturday market too. Really great Gem of a VRBO. And finally, a shout out to Kelli, our host who was so nice and responsive.

Awesome cottage
This is a wonderful alternative to staying in Temple hotels. The host came right away when we couldn’t get the TV off game mode. Very close to great HEB grocery store. Belton has increasing number of good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is so neat. I was pleasant surprised. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is much bigger. Also, the house has a nice history that is displayed in house. Beds are comfy and the place is spotless. Also, many items left for you that you may have forgotten like Tylenol. Thank you!! We loved the Pearl!

The property description and photos show you just what to expect! This is walking distance to so much of old Belton and the university. Lots of space in the house, and space outside between neighbors. The BEST hosts, too!

Perfect for our family of five, enjoyed the short distance to UMHB, marveled at the beautiful renovation of an old home that so lovingly preserved and accentuated its historic past. The owner leaves considerate amenities for her guests, is reassuringly available and the check in/out process is simple and clear. The Pearl is a jewel!

We were traveling for our sons fishing team. My family of 5 loved this lil old historical home completely redone. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We were close enough to walk to some activities with my Elementary kiddos. The owner listed cute restaurants and places to see and they were spot on. Loved our trip and our stay!

Such a great place. The owners did such a wonderful job renovating this lovely historic home. No detail was left undone. Owner was a breeze to deal with. Very helpful and accommodating. Lots of cool stuff and shopping close by. Pretty quiet neighborhood, several beautiful historic homes We were just sad that we really only got to sleep there. So cozy and comfortable! We'll definitely be back!!!
